• Executing ideas into all forms of visual communication media.
• Uncover and learn new ways to incorporate emerging and new Digital media formats.
• To demonstrate a passion for solving problems and participating in creative conceptualization and brainstorming session.
• Co - create presentations and effectively present to Leadership, Marketing and broader teams.
• Handling a team which will consist of Graphic Designers and Visualizers.
• Ensure art teams have the proper techniques and tools to deliver top quality art on a project.
• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the creative team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable.
• Take ownership and proactively engage in brand building discussions with copy team, account team, social media strategists, content managers and media planners.
• Must have experience of working on videos for digital. Should have knowledge of production and editing
• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Should have done Bachelors in Fine Arts/ Commercial Arts.
• Should have an exceptional ideas-led portfolio that demonstrates creative flair, versatility and imagination.
• Prior experience of managing a team in an agency/brand.
